The Austin Transit Partnership Board of Directors adopted this policy at its meeting of April 21, 2021.
The policy governs the agency’s employees, officers, board members, committee members, representatives, consultants, vendors, contractors, volunteers and outside agencies doing business with employees and other parties in a business relationship with the agency.
The policy addresses ethical standards of conduct, conflicts of interest, confidentiality and nondisclosure, complaints and grievances, and miscellaneous other provisions.
