Interim City Manager Jesus Garza filed Form CIS to report that until February 2023 he was a paid board member of SpawGlass, a construction services company with offices in nine areas of Texas, and had suspended his board membership.
Austin Finance Online shows that the City of Austin has paid SpawGlass Contractors Inc. $53.4 million for a wide range of projects.
