Attorney Bill Aleshire’s Facsimile Letter to Assistant City Attorney

On August 11, 2011, attorney Bill Aleshire, representing The Austin Bulldog, sent this facsimile letter to Assistant City Attorney Elaine Nicholson. This letter quotes Nicholson’s statement, in her letter to the Texas Attorney General, "Most of the requested information will be released to the requestor.” As of September 1, 2011, none of the records have been released to The Austin Bulldog.
