Attorney Mike Davis Billings to Williamson County

Round Rock Attorney Mike Davis submitted bills these five bills to Williamson County identify legal work he had done in Heckman et al v. Williamson County et al, Cause No. 06-453-C277, a class action lawsuit filed in June 2006, in which the plaintiffs allege that Williamson County and the judges who preside over its county courts at law systematically deny criminal defendants the right to counsel. At the request of Williamson County Attorney Jana Duty, the county auditors identified charges listed in these bills that were actually for representing County Court at Law No. 3 Judge Don Higginbotham against allegations of sexual harassment.
