Chris Riley’s Compliance Agreement

Council Member Chris Riley signed this compliance agreement October 17, 2012, agreeing to deferred prosecution at the conclusion of Travis County Attorney David Escamilla’s investigation of his part in the City Council members’ violations of the Texas Open Meetings Act.
