City Requests Attorney General's Opinion Feb. 9, 2011

Assistant City Attorney Jacqueline Cullom referred to the Texas Attorney General the Open Records Requests for records of advice about the legality of holding a series of one-on-one or two-on-one meetings among the mayor, city council members, and city manager. The city is seeking permission to withhold such records.
