Complaint to Attorney General re: Open Records Request No. 13

On June 3, 2010, in response to the City of Georgetown referring our request for Georgetown Council Member Pat Berryman to provide records to prove that she incurred expenses for which she was reimbursed $13,600, The Austin Bulldog submitted this letter to the Attorney General to argue that any records in the possession of Council Member Berryman that support the payment of $13,600 from public funds are public records.
