Council Resoluton Adopted April 7, 2011

This resolution was adopted to establish a policy for the conduct of city business through written communication on personal communication devices. It applies to the mayor and council members and those employees directly appointed by the city council, to include the city manager, city clerk, city auditor, chief judge of the municipal court, and municipal court clerk. The city manager was tasked to develop a policy for all other employees, while the city clerk was tasked to develop a policy for boards and commissions with sovereign authority.
