Democracy Austin PAC Report October 29, 2012

The Democracy Austin Political Action Committee supports Propositions 1 and 2 on the November 6, 2012, ballot. Both propositions would move city council elections from May to November. Proposition 2 would also change a council member’s term from three years in length to four years; reduce a council member’s term limits from three terms to two terms; and require that elections be held in November of even-numbered years.
