Draft Resolution Not Adopted April 7, 2011

This draft resolution considered by the Austin City Council on April 7, 2011, would have established a policy for conducting city business through written communication on personal communication devices that would have applied to all city officials and employees. This resolution was not adopted, in favor of a much-modified resolution that applied only to members of the city council and city employees who are directly appointed by the city council.
