This flier was prepared by Austin Community for Change, an organization supporting passage of Proposition 4 on the November 6, 2012, ballot. If successful, Proposition 4 would result in a City Charter change to restructure the seven-member, all-at-large City Council to have eight council members elected from geographic districts, with the mayor and two council members elected at-large.
