Georgetown City Charter, Section 5.06

Section 5.06 of the Georgetown City Charter sets forth the duties and responsibilities of the city attorney, states that both the city attorney and assistant city attorney serve at the will of the city council, and requires the city attorney to obtain the city council's approval for the person hired as assistant city attorney.
