Library Use Draft Rules, May 21, 2018

This 12-page PDF is a copy of the new draft Library Use Rules presented by City staff to the Library Commission May 21, 2018. The format presents line-by-line changes to the current Library Use Rules that have been in effect since February 1, 2017. These draft rules would require petitioners to remain within designated areas, called Limited Public Forums, when gathering signatures at Austin library locations.
