Liveable City Corporate Records

Liveable City was formed as a nonprofit corporation in March 2002 with a dozen directors, including then-former Council Member Bill Spelman and his wife, Niyanta Spelman. The latest periodic report, filed in July 2008, also lists both Spelmans as directors.
