Notice of Court Setting for February 18, 2015

This Notice of Court Setting notified Bill Bunch, executive director of the Save Our Springs Alliance, that a court hearing was scheduled for 2pm February 18, 2015, concerning the criminal complaint filed March 17, 2014, by the SOS Alliance against Travis County Commissioner Gerald Daugherty. But when Bunch and The Austin Bulldog’s Ken Martin arrived the judge and special prosecutor were not there. A judicial aide informed us that the visiting judge and special prosecutor had agreed not to proceed with the criminal case until the SOS civil suit against Daugherty was resolved.
