Although not complete, the transcript reflects many of the arguments made by attorney Steve Adler, as to why a Lowe’s Home Center proposed for a 31-acre tract in Sunset Valley should not have to comply with the City of Austin’s Save Our Springs Ordinance. Adler is a 2014 candidate for mayor of Austin.
