This is a copy of the lawsuit filed by Pet360 Inc. against PetsMD Inc. for alleged trademark infringement. Tina Cannon co-founded PetsMD Inc. The lawsuit was ultimately dismissed after Pet360 Inc. acquired the assets of Pet360.
