Randi Shade Financial Statements (City Code)

This 33-page file contains Council Member Randi Shade’s sworn financial statements for 2008 through 2010. However, the report does not include information about the income, assets and liabilties of Shade’s spouse (domestic partner), as required by the Austin City Code Section 2-7-72(E). Some of Shade’s reports state that Kayla Shell is her spouse while others do not. Shade’s mid-year reports covering the first half of 2009 and 2010 both erroneously state the period covered was January 1 through June 30, 2011.
