Randi Shade’s Deferred Prosecution Agreement

Former Austin City Council Member Randi Shade signed this deferred prosecution agreement July 31, 2012, at the conclusion of Travis County Attorney David Escamilla’s investigation of her part in the City Council members’ violations of the Texas Open Meetings Act.
