Request for Attorney General to Investigate

On September 16, 2010, six weeks after the Texas Attorney General ruled that records of Council Member Pat Berryman's expenses are public information and must be released, and not having received those records, The Austin Bulldog filed this complaint with the Attorney General to request an investigation of whether the City of Georgetown and Council Member Berryman have violated Section 552.353 of the Government Code: Failure or Refusal of Officer for Public Information to Provide Access to or Copying of Public Information.
