Request for Attorney General's Opinion re: City Manager’s Memo

In response to The Austin Bulldog’s open records request for a copy of City Manager Marc Ott’s Administrative Bulletin—mentioned in his May 17, 2011, memo to the council on new e-mail policies for city employees to comply with the Texas Public Information Act—on June 28, 2011, the city sent this letter to the Texas Attorney General and asked for permission to withhold the Administrative Bulletin.
