Sheryl Cole’s Compliance Agreement

Mayor Pro Tem Sheryl Cole signed this compliance agreement October 22, 2012, agreeing to deferred prosecution at the conclusion of Travis County Attorney David Escamilla’s investigation of her part in the City Council members’ violations of the Texas Open Meetings Act.
