Tara Coronado’s Pretrial Brief

This 78-page PDF is a copy of intervenor/cross-plaintiff Tara Coronado's pre-trial brief that argues for disclosure of the Deferred Prosecution Agreement executed between the Travis County Attorney's Office and her former husband, who was charged with Assault Family Violence. The letter was provided on July 21, 2017, to attorneys involved in the lawsuit County Attorney David Escamilla v. Attorney General Ken Paxton but was not filed of record till August 3, 2017, after Judge Lora Livingston granted permission to do so during a pre-trial hearing.
