Central Health Board of Managers Member Maram Museitif filed these Forms CIS to disclose a conflict with respect to a vendor but left the forms blank as to the vendor’s name. Her Form CIS for 2022 states that she is a student and employee, but does not list the university.
Most local governmental organizations require Forms CIS to be filed only when a conflict of interest becomes apparent. Central Health, however, through its Standard Operating Procedure “Duality and Conflict of Interest Procedure” requires members of its Board of Managers to file these on the 20th business day after taking office and at each year’s annual board meeting.
Therefore it appears that a form may be left blank if the manager has no conflict with respect to a vendor.
