City Auditor’s Investigation of Daniela Ochoa-Gonzalez, April 18, 2014
This 4-page PDF contains a report of the City Auditor’s findings, stated in a report dated April 18, 2014, that Daniela Ochoa-Gonzalez, a member of the City of Austin’s Zero Waste Advisory Commission, had violated the City Code regarding conflict of interest.
This report was later repudiated by the Austin City Council, which issued a formal apology to Ochoa-Gonzalez through a resolution, which also required that a bold-print notice be placed at the top of the report stating: “This Report has not been accepted by the Austin City Council and is subject to Resolution No. 20141016-024, passed October 16, 2014.
